Frozen e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Frozen in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Frozen e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run frozen the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested frozen in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for frozen in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Frozen | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | e-liquid bundle | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 10 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in New Caledonia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to New Caledonia | 6–12 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | XPF41 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | XPF2.32 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
