Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.2 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
A frozen 60 ml bottle from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.2 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.2 per 10 ml.
