Frozen 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Frozen in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.63 per 10 ml.
Frozen 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
