Fig nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Fig in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a nicotine salt bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run fig the same way in Nouméa: same nicotine salt bottle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested fig in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where fig goes wrong
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.82 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
