Fig mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Fig in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Fig mesh tank here
The honest read on fig: 20 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at fig in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested fig in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.19 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
How long does fig in a mesh tank last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
