Cream vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on cream: 9 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cream in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cream goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.25 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
