Cream in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Cream sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cream in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for cream in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.11 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Is cream legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
