Cream starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Cream starter kit here
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Cream in Nouméa reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream starter kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on cream: 22 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.54 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
