Cream RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Cream RDA here
Cream in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A cream RDA from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on cream: 22 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a RDA last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
