Cream RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.9 per 10 ml.
The honest read on cream: 11 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream RDA really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested cream in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.9 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
