Cream pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What cream costs in Nouméa
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.86 per 10 ml.
The honest read on cream: 20 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream pen device really costs in Nouméa
Cream in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.86 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does cream in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
