Cream pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.11 per 10 ml.
Cream in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream pen device really costs in Nouméa
Cream pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.11 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.11 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
