Cream pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Cream pen device here
Cream in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream pen device really costs in Nouméa
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.98 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is cream legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
