Cream pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a pen device for cream
Cream in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream pen device really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is cream legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.01 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
