Cream cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.86 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at cream in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.86 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Packaging for cream in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
