Cream in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What cream costs in Nouméa
Cream 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at cream in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same 30 ml shortfill, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
