Cola vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Cola in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
We run cola the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cola in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola vape pen really costs in Nouméa
A cola vape pen from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.1 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cola in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.1 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.1 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does cola in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
