Cola refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Cola in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Cola refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.5 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested cola in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where cola goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
