Cola RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Cola in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at cola in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Cola RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola RDA really costs in Nouméa
Cola in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cola in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where cola goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.25 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | XPF35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | XPF2.25 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does cola in a RDA last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
