Cola 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Cola in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with cola in New Caledonia
We run cola the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cola in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested cola in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.78 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
