Cola 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Cola in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.19 per 10 ml.
Cola in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Cola 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cola in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where cola goes wrong
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
How long does cola in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
