Coffee starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Coffee in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run coffee the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at coffee in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coffee starter kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on coffee: 11 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested coffee in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.8 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
