Coconut 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Coconut in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at coconut in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.67 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on coconut: 7 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested coconut in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is coconut legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
