Citrus zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Citrus in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
If you are looking at citrus in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.09 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.09 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
