Citrus vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
If you are looking at citrus in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.78 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Citrus vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.78 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
