Citrus vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a vape pen for citrus
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run citrus the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Citrus in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested citrus in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
