Citrus squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What citrus costs in Nouméa
A citrus squonk mod from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.77 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Citrus in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.77 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.77 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
