Citrus squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on citrus: 11 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested citrus in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does citrus in a squonk mod last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
