Citrus RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
The honest read on citrus: 20 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Nouméa
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.24 per 10 ml.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
