Citrus RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
A citrus RDA from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.68 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Nouméa
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.68 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.68 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.68 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
