Home / Citrus RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist

Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit

There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a citrus RDA really costs in Nouméa

We run citrus the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

How we tested citrus in a RDA

1. Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.

• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
• Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
• Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.

Where citrus goes wrong

• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
• Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

The rules that apply here

New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.

Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
