Citrus prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Citrus in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good prefilled pod from a repack
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Citrus prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.59 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
