Citrus pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What citrus costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on citrus: 19 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.22 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.22 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.22 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
