Citrus mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Citrus in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
If you are looking at citrus in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
A citrus mesh tank from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.07 per 10 ml.
