Citrus e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Citrus in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 2 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.44 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on citrus: 13 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a e-liquid bundle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.44 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.44 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
