Citrus e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Citrus in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 6 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A citrus e-liquid bundle from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
