Citrus cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Citrus in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with citrus in New Caledonia
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.55 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at citrus in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Citrus cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.55 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How long does citrus in a cartomizer last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
