Citrus 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Citrus in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Citrus 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.72 per 10 ml.
The short version: citrus in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Citrus in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.72 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for citrus in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
