Cherry RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Cherry in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with cherry in New Caledonia
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Cherry in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: cherry in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cherry RDA really costs in Nouméa
We run cherry the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cherry in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.82 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.82 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.82 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does cherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cherry blend itself harsh.
