Cherry in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Cherry is allowed to say
Cherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.46 per 10 ml.
Cherry in Nouméa reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cherry prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at cherry in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cherry in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.46 per 10 ml.
