Caramel sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Caramel in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
A caramel sub-ohm kit from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.17 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at caramel in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
We run caramel the same way in Nouméa: same sub-ohm kit, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
