Caramel squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Caramel in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.03 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
A caramel squonk mod from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.03 per 10 ml.
