Caramel RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Caramel in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
If you are looking at caramel in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Nouméa
We run caramel the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.02 per 10 ml.

Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.02 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.02 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
