Caramel box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good box mod from a repack
If you are looking at caramel in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on caramel: 7 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Nouméa
We run caramel the same way in Nouméa: same box mod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
