Caramel 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Caramel in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a 100 ml bottle for caramel
Caramel 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A caramel 100 ml bottle from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.73 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Nouméa works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested caramel in a 100 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Packaging for caramel in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
