Candy vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the candy habit
Candy in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run candy the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.88 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.88 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
