Candy starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Candy starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Candy in Nouméa reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested candy in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where candy goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
