Candy pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.39 per 10 ml.
Candy in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: candy in Nouméa works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested candy in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
How long does candy in a pod kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
