Candy e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Candy in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Candy in Nouméa reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Candy in Nouméa reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested candy in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where candy goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does candy in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.22 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
