Candy cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you are looking at candy in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: candy in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
A candy cartomizer from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
